Terms of Service for the 6th Regional Symposium on Landslides in the Adriatic-Balkan Region

Welcome to the 6th Regional Symposium on Landslides in the Adriatic-Balkan Region ("Symposium"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Symposium. By registering and attending the Symposium, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Registration and Attendance
To attend the Symposium, you must complete the registration process.
- Registration fees are available at the Fees section of this website, payable by payment methods that are defined by the Payment instructions and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
- Registration includes access to Symposium sessions, materials, and specified meals & side events, according to the table at Fees section.
2. Cancellation and Refunds
Reasonable cancellations made by 1st May 2024. are eligible for a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the deadline.
Substitutions are allowed with prior notification.
In case of cancellation, the refund amount will be subtracted from the initial payment, taking into account all additional fees and Bank transfers, including exchange rates.
3. Symposium Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and adhere to the Symposium's code of conduct.
Inappropriate behavior, as determined by the Symposium organizers, may result in removal from the event without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All Symposium materials, including presentations and abstracts, are the intellectual property of the presenters and the Symposium organizers.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of Symposium materials is prohibited.
5. Photography and Recording
Photography and recording during Symposium sessions are allowed for personal use only.
Commercial use of photographs or recordings requires prior written consent from the Symposium organizers.
6. Changes to the Program
The Symposium organizers reserve the right to make changes to the program, including speakers and session topics, without prior notice.
7. Liability
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the Symposium.
The Symposium organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.
8. Privacy
Participant information collected during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and according to appropriate Laws of the Republic of Serbia.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of European Union (EU) and the Republic of Serbia as EU candidate country.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Violating any laws or regulations of the EU and the Republic of Serbia as EU candidate country.
- Infringing on the rights of others.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or any malicious code.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 6th ResyLab Organizing Committee and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent except for the CC credited images and icons that are listed belove.

14. Limitation of Liability
