Dear Colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to the upcoming 6th Regional Symposium on Landslides in the Adriatic Balkan Region (ReSyLAB2024), which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, on May 15-18, 2024. In our best interest is to establish a seamless organizing workflow, which would allow participants to focus primarily on their contributions, and carelessly glide through the technical steps. In respect to the overall economic crisis, our intention is also to relieve participants as much as possible from pricy registration fees and hidden expenses, while offering them many benefits. It is also planned to disseminate printed proceedings within a standard symposium kit.

For such an ambitious endeavours, securing the financial background of the Symposium is of the highest importance. You can considerably help us in this effort by taking part as a sponsor, and choosing one of the offered sponsorship levels:


Level 1, costs 70,000.00 RSD (~600 EUR) and includes:

  • one registration fee (covering participation at the symposium, one symposium kit, icebreaker buffet, two lunches, all coffee breaks, and one gala dinner seat)
  • advertising company logo in all published and printed materials
  • including a part of your advertising assortment into the symposium kit
  • linking company web presentation at the official symposium website

Level 2, costs 140,000.00 RSD (~1190 EUR) and includes:

  • two registration fees (covering participation at the symposium, two symposium kits, an icebreaker buffet, four lunches, all coffee breaks, and two gala dinner seats)
  • advertising company logo in all published and printed materials
  • including a part of your advertising assortment into the symposium kit
  • linking company web presentation at the official symposium website
  • on-site advertising booth (a stand with a panel for placing advertising materials)

Level 3, costs 210,000.00 RSD (~1780 EUR) and includes:

  • three registration fees (covering participation at the symposium, three symposium kits, an icebreaker buffet, six lunches, all coffee breaks, and three gala dinner seats)
  • advertising company logo in all published and printed materials
  • including a part of your advertising assortment into the symposium kit
  • linking company web presentation at the official symposium website
  • on-site advertising booth (a stand with a panel for placing advertising materials)
  • 1-2 minute advertisement of the company within the symposium session breaks

All prices are excluding VAT. Please, note that the field trip is not included in any of these three levels, and will be available to register separately for the price of 60 EUR per person until full capacity (~50 participants) is reached.

All sponsors will acquire the acknowledgment note for contributing to the symposium's success at the closing ceremony.

Naturally, your benefits for any of the desired levels are not only in what they include, but all that the Symposium entails through intensive program and social activity, with fantastic networking and cooperation opportunities, as 60 abstracts from 14 countries have been submitted by now, including 6 keynote lectures of respectable experts in the field, and 6 invited lectures of young but established professionals.

The call for expressing sponsorship interest will remain open for as long as possible, but we would appreciate it if you would consider taking part as soon as possible, for motives already underlined. Should you need a stamped and signed official letter in hard copy, for your administrative purposes, please, let us know. It also applies to all subsequent documentation, such as sponsorship contracts, etc. Bank transfer instructions, and details will be timely forwarded as soon as you select one of the offered sponsorship levels.
